Relay Control Module – Glass Watermelon Lighting
This relay control module is designed to safely supply high-current power to Glass Watermelon lights without putting load or heat stress on your dash-mounted rocker switch. By switching the power through relays, the switch only carries a low-current signal, improving reliability and extending switch life.
The module features two waterproof high-current relays, allowing independent control of dual-colour or multi-circuit lighting systems while maintaining stable power delivery.
A 2-pin DTP Deutsch connector is used for connection to the rocker switch. This connector carries two positive signal wires from the dash, routed through the firewall, to trigger each relay independently.
Power input from the vehicle batteries is handled via two single Deutsch connectors (positive and negative), providing a secure, plug-and-play connection from the battery power feed harness.
Output to the lighting system is via three single Deutsch connectors, designed specifically to connect to the Ground Effects Lighting spine, distributing power cleanly to your lights.
