  • We accept returns for 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Items that cannot be returned:

  • All original packaging, hardware, and accessories must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Custom-made, custom-wired, or special-order items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.


How to Return an Item

Returns are completed by mail.

Once your return request is approved:

  • A free return shipping label will be provided

  • The label can be downloaded and printed

  • No restocking fees apply

Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days

  • Refunds are issued back to the original payment method

  • You will be notified once your refund has been completed

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
