Do you offer Australia-wide shipping?

Yes. We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. All orders include tracking, and most items are delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Do you ship to United States Of America?

Yes. We ship to the United States using Australia Post. All orders include tracking, and most items are delivered within 27 business days depending on your location.

Do you ship to New Zealand?

Yes. We ship to New Zealand using Australia Post. All orders include tracking, and most items are delivered within 27 business days depending on your location.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
If an item is on backorder, the estimated restock date will appear on the product page.

Do you offer express shipping?

No — Express Post is NOT available at checkout. 

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number.
You can also track it anytime on our Track Order page.

Products & Compatibility

Will your glass watermelon lights fit my truck?

Our lights are designed to fit most Kenworth, Western Star, Mack, Freightliner, 4wd builds and custom builds.
Each product page includes fitting information and wiring details.

Do your lights use LED or incandescent bulbs?

All lights sold by Ground Effects Lighting use high-output LEDs with premium lens clarity and durability.

Are your lights waterproof?

Yes — our products are built to withstand Australian conditions and feature sealed housings with IP-rated components.


Installation

Can I install the lights myself?

Yes, most lights are designed for simple plug-and-play wiring.
Some products (such as dual-colour lights or custom underglow) may require basic wiring knowledge.

Returns, Warranty & Support

What is your returns policy?

We offer 30-day returns on unused products in original condition.
If there’s an issue with your order, contact us and we’ll sort it quickly.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes — all lighting products include a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
